Shipping Location

All orders are shipped directly from our 3PL warehouse partner:
IQ Fulfillment (ekoncern), Dubai Investment Park – 1, Warehouse No. 5, Dubai, UAE

Delivery Time

We typically process and dispatch orders on the next business day after your purchase.
Delivery within the UAE usually takes 1–2 working days.

Shipping Fee

UAE – Free shipping on all orders.

 

A flat-rate shipping fee of 60 AED applies to all orders to countries: Bahrain, Kuwait, Oman, Saudi Arabia, Qatar up to 199 AED order value.
199-400 AED = 30 AED shipping costs
400+ AED = free shipping

Delivery Partners

We work with several trusted delivery partners depending on your location.
In most cases, orders are delivered by ECO Express, our primary logistics partner.
